Matthew Morgan is a Northern Irish entrepreneur and YouTube creator who teaches founders, marketers and developers how to build real software and real businesses with AI. His YouTube channel, Matthew Online, has grown past 48,000 subscribers, and he runs the AI Partner mentorship programme through APEX, where students ship working products rather than watch lectures about them.
He started online in the freelance copywriting world, building an email marketing practice and then teaching it. That work was profiled by We Are Irish in 2021. Since 2024 his focus has moved almost entirely to applied AI: agentic coding tools, automation, and the practical question of what one person can now build without a team.
He publishes weekly, works in public, and ships the things he teaches. Most of the tools shown on the channel are ones he built and uses daily.
